The skin is the bodies largest organ that is why we need to make sure we look after it. Rachel will look into how you can look after your skin from a holistic point of view, looking at diet, lifestyle, stress levels as well as your home care routine.

From a very young age I have always had a interest in all things beauty. There would be nothing more I would love going to the shops on a Saturday and looking up and down the beauty isles.
As I grew older I developed severe cases of acne and eczema, the trauma of trying to overcome both at the same time is still clear to this day and definitely a case of I wish I knew then what I know now..

This then led me down the path of the holistic and beauty industry, I was keen to help people feel good about themselves. I have now been in the industry for over 15 years and had a varied background in the industry. I started my career working at a well known health resort chain, where I was desperate to learn more about the industry and skincare brands. I then went onto work for a leading skincare company, travelling around department stores in the south and London offering luxury facial and body treatments. I really learnt a lot about skincare and customer service.
I have also worked in a beautiful boutique hotel and spa, where I was given some great opportunities and learnt a lot from a spa business background.

Ultimately I have been working on my business since 2015 and absolutely love what I do, helping my clients to achieve they’re desired results. I pride myself on helping others feel good emotionally and physically. Over the years I have gained a lot of experience from both a professional and personal background and I hope from that I can help educate, inform and gain trust to help those that require my services.

I view education as a very important factor to True Colours and I am always looking to keep my knowledge up to date through reputable training to ensure my clients are in safe hands and that I can provide the best possible advice.
